What is bullying?

Bullying is repeated unwanted behavior that hurts, intimidates, embarrasses, or excludes another person. It can happen in person, online, at school, in sports, or in social groups.

Bullying often involves an imbalance of power and may include:

🔹 Verbal Bullying – Name-calling, insults, threats, or teasing.

🔹 Social Bullying – Excluding someone, spreading rumors, or damaging friendships.

🔹 Physical Bullying – Hitting, pushing, tripping, or damaging property.

🔹 Cyberbullying – Harassment, threats, or humiliation through text messages, social media, gaming platforms, or other online spaces.

How can I get support?

You can reach out to trusted adults, counselors, or use our resources page and Links anytime.

Who should I tell if bullied?

Talk to a trusted adult as soon as possible, such as:

👨‍👩‍👧 A Parent or Guardian

🏫 A Teacher

🎓 A School Counselor

👮 A School Resource Officer

🏃 A Coach or Club Leader

👵 A Grandparent or Trusted Family Member

🙏 A Religious or Community Leader

What if I see bullying?

Is online bullying serious?

Yes, cyberbullying can be very hurtful and should be reported immediately.

If the Bullying Happens Online

📱 Save screenshots or messages if it is safe to do so.

🚫 Do not respond to threatening messages. - often responding can and will make the situation worse

🛑 Block and report the person responsible. Block thru the Website, If threats of harm are made against you report it immediately to Law Enforcement.
